General

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented marketing representative to help market our clinic and services to outside medical offices. The Marketing Representative will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for Monticello’s products and services and represent assigned location.

Specifics

Collaborates with sales and product teams to develop branding messages. Identifies target customers and markets. Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership. Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives. Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis. Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing. Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients. Performs other duties as assigned.

Mental and Physical Demands

Must be able to walk the building, lift up to 25 lbs., bend over to pick up objects on the floor, and reach overhead. Must have the ability to perform manual dexterity functions including computer work. Must be able to communicate in English and be able to think, read, write, listen, and speak in English. Must be able to concentrate on job functions. Must be able to drive for prolonged periods of time and must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license during their employment. Must be able to work in a stressful environment with frequent deadlines and use critical thinking skills for important decisions.

Schedule Requirement

Monday-Friday. 40 hours a week

Salary Range

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 Base+Commission/month

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred. One to three years of experience in healthcare marketing preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
